GOSPEEDRACEWAY

Privacy Policy

Understand browser-local calculation inputs, share links, essential preference storage and the current absence of optional tracking.

Current data behavior

Effective October 18, 2026. Calculator interactions run in your browser. This application has no account system, database, advertising scripts, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or third-party embedded media.

Ordinary page requests may be processed and logged by the hosting provider. The eventual operator and hosting provider must identify their contact details, retention practices and applicable rights process before public launch.

Calculation inputs and share links

Unshared calculator edits stay in the current browser page. Copying a share link puts the inputs in its query string. Opening that link sends its URL to the site server; the URL may also appear in browser history and hosting request logs. Anyone with that link can read the included values. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information.

Local storage and optional services

The essential local-storage key gospeed-privacy-v1 records your privacy choice. It remains until you clear site storage or change the preference through the footer. Choosing “Allow optional” currently loads no optional service. Choosing “Essential only” keeps optional tracking disabled.

If analytics or advertising are introduced, their purposes, providers and retention must be disclosed and consent behavior reviewed before activation. A stored preference alone does not make a future integration compliant.

Correction reports and external links

The correction form prepares text locally. It only requests your email application when a contact address is configured; sending then occurs through your chosen email service. Downloaded reports remain on your device. External source links open another website whose own privacy practices apply.

Contact and requests

Use the contact page for the currently available correction workflow. Operator identity, a monitored rights-request channel and jurisdiction-specific policy review remain launch requirements.
